If you know me, you know I love where I live. I’m a local girl, through and through. I’ve spent my entire life in the Pacific Northwest, and one of my favorite things about being a local is getting to experience everything that makes this place feel like home. From summer nights at T-Mobile Park to discovering the neighborhoods, restaurants, trails, and communities that make the Seattle area so special. And that got me thinking…

The Mariners know their field. They know their city. They know what it means to play in front of their home crowd.

And in real estate, I believe local knowledge creates that same kind of advantage. When you’re buying or selling a home, you don't just need someone who knows how to write an offer or put a listing on the MLS.

I’m constantly watching the numbers behind our local market (inventory, days on market, recent sales, pricing trends, buyer activity) so my clients can make decisions based on strategy rather than guesswork.

But I also believe the numbers are only part of the story.

I’ve lived in the Pacific Northwest my entire life, and today I get to help people find their own piece of it.
